 Shipping Policy
As the products we sell are natural and largely plant based, some may be not allowed in your country. Products of which we know are illegal in your country, are disabled from ordering. It is your final responsibility to ensure that all items you order are allowed in your country. We are not responsible for packages due to loss by the shipper or products returned, seized, or destroyed due to unforeseen customs regulations.

Return Policy
Parcels may be returned within 14 days after having received the parcel The contents may only be returned in its original packaging, unharmed or unused in any way due.

Returned Orders
If a shipment is returned for any reason beyond our control, and the customer wants it to be reshipped, shipping costs will be charged.

Refunds
When in transit for extended periods of time, herbs or herbals may lose their value. We do not restock returned products, thus we cannot fully refund returned orders. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not refund shipping costs. For refunds an administration fee will be charged of US$15, –

Delivery Time
The estimated delivery times can be found on our website during the ordering process, but we cannot guarantee the delivery times and cannot be held responsible for any delays. Customs authorities may examine your parcel and delay the delivery. Customs is beyond our control.
Once the parcel has arrived in the destination country, it is considered delivered, and we will no longer be liable or responsible for anything. The customer is responsible for receiving the item Should the customer be able to provide us proof that the item is being returned, it will be reshipped free of charge

Shipment Tracking
All packages are shipped with either EMS, Registered post or the courier service of your choice at an additional cost, if approved by us, with a tracking number, which means the parcel is traceable and requires a signature. The parcel will be returned to us if it was undeliverable. Therefore, making sure that your order(s) are shipped quickly, securely, and won’t get lost or delivered to the wrong person. When your shipment has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. It is your responsibility to follow-up the instructions regarding tracking and delivery. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that we have received the correct delivery address, and to follow-up.Copyright
